Our commitment
Towards the region, its culture and its community.
Since our creation in 2004, Imagine Tours has been devoted to promoting and preserving the rich cultural heritage and languages of Provence. Our activities are varied, from guided tours to cultural events, and we are proud of our deep ties with the local community.
Cultural and educational initiatives
Our collaboration with UNESCO, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region and the City of Avignon has been essential in highlighting the region's historical and cultural importance. We actively take part in regional festivals and events, including:
Estivada de Rodez, a festival of Occitan culture (music, dance, traditional crafts) · Anem Òc, the Forum d'Òc, dedicated to promoting the Occitan language and culture · Festival de la Truffe et du Vin, a celebration of local gastronomy · Feu de la Saint-Jean, a traditional midsummer festival. These events celebrate our regional identity and foster a sense of unity and pride.
Media presence
Imagine Tours has drawn the attention of various media, boosting our visibility and our bond with the community: a report on French television (France 3), as well as coverage in the regional press, notably La Provence and Le Dauphiné Libéré, which praised our efforts to promote local culture.
We also run two radio stations, Radio Coupo Santo and Friendly Radio, platforms promoting local music, culture and news.
Tourism on a human scale
Our approach remains responsible: private tours and small groups, at the traveller's pace, to limit our impact and encourage genuine encounters. Every visit highlights local players, producers, artisans, restaurateurs and hosts who keep the region alive.
